Journal to Reconnect

I’ve been writing a lot. Finally again. ✍️


As long as I can remember, writing has been the most profound and easy way for me to get to new realizations, to access my unconsciousness or subconsciousness and to connect to a deeper part of me. To the part that holds the truth, the key to locked doors that lead to more happiness, health, love, and light.


Every morning, after I practice yoga and meditate, I write in my journal. I write down my thoughts, my realizations, messages that have come through, etc. And as I write, more information is coming to me, from my personal unconscious as well as the collective.


Lately, a lot of interesting things have come up that have started some processes. New ideas, plans, truths, and much more. Many of them I will share with you soon, when it’s the right time.


I am happy to be back into the habit of writing and journaling. I feel more connected to myself already 🥰
