& Coaching

I offer my personal support and presence to you, if you feel a need or wish for someone to walk beside you and help you deepen the connection with yourself. As a psychologist and coach, but mostly as a fellow human being, I am more than happy to support you on your journey home.

How do I work?

In my coaching I work intuitively and use a set of tools that I have acquired over the years, both through personal and professional experience. As much as I believe and trust in your inner-knowing, I believe in trust in my own. I will create a safe space for you to share and feel and let down your guard, so you can tap into the knowledge that your body, mind and soul hold. Sometimes that is easy, sometimes that takes a lot of time and effort. Together, we will take whatever time and practice is needed to get to a place of self-connection. 

As an Applied Psychologist (BSc), I have learned my coaching skills that allow me to create a safe space for you to explore your mind and to share what is present with you in the moment and in your life in general. I listen to you with loving acceptance and I ask you questions that will help you find the answers within yourself. Rather than solely talking through everything, I use body-focused (embodiment) techniques to help you sink deeper in your body. To find information and answers, to create space by releasing tension and (old) energy (or trauma), and to find relaxation. 

I am equipped with a variety of coaching, mindfulness, embodiment and healing tools. I utilize a proven framework consisting of three main components - awareness, acceptance and alignment - to guide you to self-connection. Taking a holistic approach, I include all layers of your being in this process: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

I offer 1-on-1 support, as well as group coaching, workshops and courses.

We will always begin with a free introductory session to get to know each other a little better. During this session, you can share about your needs and desires, and I will share more about the possibilities of working together.

If it feels like a good match and you would like to continue, we can plan follow-up sessions based on both of our availability and what feels supportive for you.


We can meet on location in Groningen, or online.

Individual sessions are offered on a sliding scale of €55–€85, depending on what feels accessible and sustainable for you.

Holistic Self-Connection

In my healing journey I soon realized I am more than my physical body and my health and happiness is influenced by far more than what meets the eye. In fact, we are multi-layerd beings comprised of a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body

By growing our awareness of what is occuring in each of these layers, we are taking the first step towards connecting with our true self. By learning to accept all that we are, we create peace and space for ourselves to then be able to align our behaviors with our self and live an authentic life. I use these three pillars to help you self-connect.*

 

In my coaching, I guide you to learn the language of your physcial body, to feel through your emotions, to notice your thoughts and other mental processes, and to tune in and surrender to your spirit. I support you in gaining more self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-alignment and teach you the tools that you need to reconnect with yourself, so you can improve your well-being and live a fulfilling life.
